Moritz Schmidt

Moritz Schmidt joined the team as a lawyer on April 1, 2025. Moritz has been admitted to the bar for almost six years and has been a full-blooded public procurement lawyer ever since. Over the past five years, he has worked as a lawyer in a renowned construction and public procurement law firm, advising and representing clients and bidders in all matters relating to public procurement law, from procedural support to review procedures, from digitization projects to construction contracts in the infrastructure sector to funding projects in the hospital sector. Even after the contract has been awarded, Moritz does not stop there: he has also advised on private construction law during construction in some large-volume construction projects and represented clients in the enforcement of claims in court.
