Lennart van Neerven joined our public procurement law team on 1 February 2026. He studied law at the University of Münster, specialising in legal drafting and dispute resolution. He also completed a specialist foreign language course in English for lawyers. After passing his first state examination, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law & Technology in Tilburg, the Netherlands, and worked as a research assistant in IT law at Taylor Wessing. During his legal clerkship, he worked at the Federal Ministry of Health, in public commercial law at Hengeler Mueller, and in the legal department of a commercial enterprise. In particular, he gained valuable experience in public law and legal issues relating to digitalisation and the regulation of new technologies.
