We are looking for the next possible date for our public procurement law team

a lawyer

We are looking for further committed colleagues with or without professional experience to join our growing team.

You would like to work in a friendly team in the heart of Berlin at Hackescher Markt or at our office in Stuttgart in a beautiful half-height location. You enjoy advising clients on complex projects at the highest level, but still want to have a life in addition. You want to work together on projects and not sit in the back office without client contact. You don't want to work in an open-plan office and prefer a more individual environment - whether at our headquarters in Berlin or when setting up the office in Stuttgart.

Then we are the right place for you, even if you are not (yet) an expert in public procurement law. However, initial experience in the field of project support and project management is an advantage and an affinity for advising the public sector does not hurt at all.

We are an internationally renowned law firm specializing in commercial law, particularly in public procurement law (JUVE and WirtschaftsWoche "TOP law firm" for public procurement law since 2019, plus JUVE law firm for public procurement law 2022).

Our clients are primarily the core administration (federal, state and local authorities), but also universities, public sector data centers and other institutions. We advise on issues ranging from e-government law and public data law to public procurement law.

We are looking for support for our team at the earliest possible date. What we expect:

  • Two decent state examinations;
  • Enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex issues and large projects and providing our clients with the highest level of legal advice, plus a desire for project management and interdisciplinary work;
  • Collegiality and good humor.

We are also always looking for

legal assistants and trainee lawyers.

Even if you have not (yet) passed your second state examination, you can support us in handling our clients and further expanding our law firm. We are looking for legal assistants and trainee lawyers with an above-average first state examination or comparable legal qualifications (Master's, LL.M.) and very good communication and organizational skills.

Are you interested? Then we look forward to meeting you soon! You can call us or send us an e-mail (also with your application documents) to: personal@eichlerkernklein.de.
